Digital Marketing Manager
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, strategic digital marketer who is excited to drive customer engagement at ONX Homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Ad Management
- Work closely with an external digital agency responsible for ad targeting and execution across Meta, Google, Bing, and LinkedIn. You’ll oversee targeting strategies, monitor campaign success, and ensure alignment with ONX Homes' marketing and sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to create fresh, engaging ad creatives every 6-8 weeks that align with ONX Homes' brand identity. This includes working on layouts, messaging, and visuals to capture the audience's attention and ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate with analytics to ensure accurate reporting and resolve any website integration issues. This includes verifying data flow from ad platforms to web analytics tools, ensuring seamless integration into ZOHO CRM.
- Website Management
- Oversee landing pages by keeping pricing, promotions, and offers updated so that visitors have access to accurate information. This involves frequent reviews and collaboration with the sales and product teams to align online content with real-time offers.
- Email Campaigns
- Execute weekly email campaigns to engage our customers and realtor networks, using pre-designed templates for consistency. This includes segmenting audiences, setting up A/B tests, and tracking performance metrics to optimize campaign impact.
- Develop ad-hoc email campaigns when required for special events, time-sensitive updates, or unique announcements. You’ll tailor each email’s content and visuals to meet the specific needs of these occasions, adding a personal touch to the brand’s messaging.
- Online Events
- Partner with external Digital Agencies to manage event-related ad placements and ensure ads are live and performing well. You’ll monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with the agency to optimize ad performance for each event.
- Manage reminders and communications for Zoom events, ensuring that attendees receive timely reminders to boost engagement. You’ll coordinate closely with internal teams to confirm event details and execute the communication strategy.
