Description: Selection, Development and Implementation of Robotic System based hardware and software.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Electrical/Mechanical Technology Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Robotics programming for Different Applications with Different Types of Robot.
- Robot Program development using RoboDK, RobotStudio, Visual Components is an added Advantage
- Perform PLC Robot Communication and Configuration.
- Robot Selection, End Effector Selection & Design based on Application requirements.
- Concept Preparation and Simulation Development for Different Applications.
- Maintain a project schedule keeping projects moving forward and on-time.
- Work with other department personnel to Collect and implement required data
- Advanced programming in SPM Industry.
- Experience in Pick & Place, Automatic Tool Change, Spraying and Welding Applications.
- Very proficient with Robotic Path Teaching and Shortest path Identification.
- Experience setting up various robot communication protocols (i.e. DeviceNet, Profibus, ProfiNet, Ethernet IP).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Robot Simulation.
- Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings.
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft office products.
- Robot Safety Assessment and Safe zone Allocation.
- Ability to work in fast paced / team environment
- Valid Passport (Holding B1 visa is an added advantage)
- Ability to travel to site locations and remote support work in Night shifts if required
- Work Overtime during project testing and delivery period
- Good communication skills.
- Follow all Health and Safety procedures
- Ready for relocation to Bangalore.
