What You Will Be Doing :The Finance Manager plays a critical role in delivering best-in-class financial partnership and analysis to ONX Manufacturing facilities. This highly visible role serves as a primary business partner to the Manufacturing leadership team, including the CFO. The Finance Manager is responsible for strategic business partnering, managing operating and capital budgets, forecasting, financial close process, and analytical insights within a dynamic and growing organization.
Role:-
•Ensure all the AP controls are in place to ensure that no duplication of invoice /payment, invoice booking, advance and 3 ways matching ,and payment process.
• Ensure that all AR controls are in place to ensure that all sales factory & Homes and internal and external are captured accurately and timely manner.
•Ensure that Financials both Consolidated and stand alone are prepared and validated and share with CFO ( after validated by VP of Finance)
•Ensure all the inventory controls are in place to ensure that all the purchases/issues/production are captured accurately and timely.
•All budgets and forecasts by the entity and consolidated level are accurate and aligned with monthly actuals and department level.
•Providing supporting to all team members to develop the skills by way of process / technical and other required training and plan for future development of all employees in Finance.
•The employee is not limited to the above role and responsibilities, it might vary as per the business requirements arising from time to time.
Required Qualifications
At least degree in accounting.CA is preferred
At least 10 years of experience in the Shared Service environment and having managed a finance team
Exposure to SAP ERP system will be an advantage.
Comfortable for US shift timings.
