Job Description
Asset Management & Lifecycle Tracking (Excel-Based)
• Maintain an up-to-date asset registry in Excel, tracking procurement, deployment, usage, and retirement.
• Monitor asset lifecycle performance and implement strategies for optimization.
• Use Excel pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas to analyze asset efficiency and utilization trends.
• Automate asset tracking and maintenance schedules with Excel macros and dashboards.
Global Vendor Coordination & Procurement
• Act as the primary liaison with global equipment vendors to manage procurement and service agreements.
•Track vendor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and service contracts in Excel.
• Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract terms across multiple time zone.
Maintenance Strategy & Preventive Maintenance Planning
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan for critical assets.
• Track and schedule regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs in Excel.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely spare parts availability and maintenance support.
• Monitor breakdown trends and failure rates, identifying potential risks and corrective actions.
Cost Analysis & Budget Optimization (Excel)
• Analyze equipment maintenance costs and procurement expenses in Excel.
• Develop cost-benefit analysis models to compare maintenance vs. replacement decisions.
• Use Excel financial modeling to predict future asset-related expenses and optimize budgets.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations and asset performance improvements.
Compliance & Documentation Management
• Ensure all global vendors and maintenance practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain service agreements, warranties, and compliance certificates in an organized format.
• Track warranty expirations and ensure timely renewal or replacement of assets.
• Prepare compliance and audit reports in PowerPoint for senior management review.
Performance Monitoring & KPI Reporting (Excel & PPT)
• Develop and maintain vendor performance scorecards in Excel.
• Track KPIs such as uptime, mean time between failures (MTBF), and maintenance response time.
• Generate Excel-based reports on asset reliability and maintenance efficiency.
• Present maintenance strategy insights and vendor performance updates in PowerPoint reports for stakeholders.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
• Identify potential risks related to asset failure, supply chain delays, and vendor reliability.
• Develop Excel-based risk assessment matrices to proactively manage maintenance and procurement risks.
• Coordinate contingency plans with vendors for urgent equipment replacements or repairs.
• Present risk mitigation strategies in PowerPoint to senior management.
