Responsibilities

• Review the input received from Client / Architect and understand the scope of work to plan work accordingly without changing design intent.
• Must have excellent technical ability and a thorough understanding of electrical HT/LT distribution and control systems, together with HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing services.
• Must have expertise on PHE, FF & HVAC system design calculation, review layouts and coordinate with other MEP services and handle project independently.
• Coordination with other Disciplines Designers and Engineers as applicable.
• Should be expert in preparing BOQ's, Quantification, Budget estimation, Tendering procedures. 
• To manage, Design and Co-ordinate the efficient production of MEP documentation for a number of projects simultaneously.
• Monitoring on a day-to-day bases all projects within the discipline with adequate awareness to resolve any issues.
• Provide technical mentoring and be a focal point for professional development.
• Must have ability to coordinate with team on daily and weekly bases on work scheduling and preparation of MIS etc and handling cross department communication well. 
• Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering / Electrical/ Mechanical from reputed University / College.
• 8-12 years’ experience in MEP building service engineering
• Experience of USA projects.
• Basic knowledge & hands on experience of CAD/BIM software like Revit MEP, Auto CAD.
• Basic knowledge of Civil, Structural disciplines would be an added advantage.
