Document Controller/Engineer–Document Control

Role:-

• Proven experience in document control, records management, or a related field is often necessary.
• Familiarity with document management software and tools, such as Documentum, SharePoint, or other content management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Basic understanding of construction projects and documentation system
• He/She should understand and follow those specific document template systems
• Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team
• Assist the Cost control quantity surveyor as and when required.
• Process and control all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
• Create Purchase requisition for the projects in SAP & follow up the same till the process completion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
• Excellent communication skills to work with various departments and teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to document management challenges.

Required Qualifications.

• Education Qualification : Bachelor degree
• Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years
• Immediate or within 15 days joining preferrable
• Preferrable candidate: SAP knowledge.
