Position: Associate Engineer QS
Education: BE / BTech - Civil
Experience: 3+Years ( Relevant experience in Billing - 2+Years )
Notice Period: Immediate or within 15 days joining
Software : Preferrable SAP Certification / Basic knowledge is plus
Proficiency in Relevant Software tools ( Excel, Cost Estimation Software )
Work Mode: Work from office
Job Location: Bangalore
Shift Timings: 12PM to 9PM
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices
Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects
Evaluate project drawings and specifications to determine quantities and materials required
Utilize cost estimation software and tools as necessary
Monitor project costs and budgets to ensure adherence to financial plans
Identify cost variations and propose corrective actions as needed
Assist in evaluating and processing change orders and variations to project scope
Determine the cost impact of changes and communicate with relevant stakeholders
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of cost-related data
Prepare regular reports on project cost status and financial performance
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
