SAP Solution Architect

SAP Expertise: S4 Hana, Fiori

Job requirement-

• Must have working Knowledge on SAP S4 HANA & Fiori platforms.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules including Finance, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, Production Planning and Project Systems. Group Reporting and SAP Analytics for Cloud are bonus.
• Capacity to lead the design, implementation of SAP solutions for the organization
• Manage & evaluate the change requests that are proposed by business users & provide way forward with SAP solutions
• Manage SAP support & ensure SLA’s are complied.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
• Ensure that the SAP system is scalable, secure, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SAP system
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide guidance and support to the development team in the implementation of SAP solutions
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP solution architecture

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects
• SAP certification is a plus.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
• Experience in a Manufacturing or Construction Company is an asset
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Ability to lead, work in a team environment, effectively interacting with teams across different countries
• Must be result oriented, prompt and self motivated.
