Role:-

 

  • Motivating and encouraging internal and external design teams 
  • Ensuring structural, MEP & Architectural drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality, and are easy to decipher 
  • Overseeing the design process using technical expertise 
  • Working with clients to ensure that their expectations are met 
  • Avoiding errors and reducing financial risk during construction 
  • Ensuring designs are available to those who need them, at the appropriate time. Coordination with planning, procurement, factory & site team. 
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process. 
  • Keeping up-to-date with changing building legislation and codes of practice relating to design 
  • Working in an office, with occasional site visits. 
  • The employee is not limited to the above role and responsibilities, it might vary as per the business requirements arising from time to time.
  •  Prepare and maintain design deliverable tracker.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications.

  • Candidates from NICMAR will be preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in BE civil engineering.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in Structural Design in the construction Industry.
