What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will leverage your advanced recruiting skills in construction and engineering to help identify candidates to join our fast-paced and innovative organization. In addition, you will work with a high-caliber team, partner with ambitious hiring managers, and shape the culture of our growing company. 
 

Essential Job Functions

  • Foster effective partnerships with the business to identify, build, and execute high-impact recruiting strategies that engage the best and the brightest technical talent.
  • Use your deep understanding of the construction and engineering talent landscape to unlock talent pipeline for all levels of technical and non-technical talent.
  • Lead hiring discussions as a business partner using data, market knowledge, and recruiting practices expertise to consult and guide your hiring leaders.
  • Develop and deploy novel sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Act as a collaborative team player in Talent Acquisitions, training and showcasing effective recruitment methodologies.
  • Understand and influence the implementation and configuration of recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in technical sourcing and recruiting strategies from position launch to close.
  • Share your voice in building our employee value proposition and passion for growing a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Provide full lifecycle recruiting support for hiring managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business-related discipline required
  • 5+ years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter with expert-level skills in recruiting, leadership recruiting, talent sourcing, and closing your candidates.
  • 4+ years’ experience working in a “start-up” providing senior-level talent acquisition support required.
  • 4+ years' experience sourcing and recruiting in a construction organization.
  • Experience with Workday ATS preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing creative recruiting sourcing strategies and actively building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates.
  • Experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • An operational and data mindset to problem-solving with comprehensive knowledge of recruiting strategies and programs.
  • High attention to detail and a passion for candidate experience.
  • A strong communicator when engaging top talent, collaborating within the organization, and partnering with hiring managers to build their teams.
