Position: Senior Manager- Learning and Development 
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager- Learning and Development to lead our organization's learning initiatives and drive the development of our talent. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles, organizational development, and strategic planning. This role requires a visionary leader who can design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies that align with our business goals and enhance employee performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a learning and development strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth plans. Assess organizational needs and identify opportunities for training and development.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Lead the creation and delivery of high-impact training programs, workshops, and seminars. Ensure programs are engaging, effective, and tailored to various employee levels and roles.
  • Leadership Development: Implement leadership development initiatives to nurture and grow high-potential employees. Design and manage programs that enhance leadership skills, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Talent Management: Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions. Support succession planning and talent management strategies.
  • Learning Technology: Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences, including the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other digital tools.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs. Utilize feedback and data to continuously improve and adapt training initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the learning and development budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources while meeting organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners to ensure learning solutions are aligned with organizational goals and address specific needs.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. Ensure programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs at a senior level.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
