Senior AP Analyst (3 to 5 Years)

Senior AP Analyst (3 to 5 Years)
- Prepare the open invoice report and circulate dashboard.
- Sub-contractor invoice booking
- Request for vendor statement and reconcile and request for invoice for deviation.
- Track the AP invoice tracker and share the invoice copy to Procurement /Estimation for PR/PO/GRN/SES creation.
- Posting the 3 ways of matching (Po/Receipt/invoice) for material and service for site & Factory.
- Preparing AP aging report and action on open items.
- Prepare open GRN /Freight report and follow up with other department.
- Support the team members and lead and discharge the responsibility assigned.
- Review the AP General ledger and sharing the GL for BS reconciliation.
- Preparing payment forecast (Weekly/Monthly) for Budgeting and share to Lead for weekly payment.
- Management of AP controls
- On Demand information and Reports
- Proactive issue Management
Skill set Required:
- Must possess strong & effective written and verbal communication & presentation skills.
- Must possess strong excel knowledge.
- Strong desktop /data management skill.
