Principle LGS Structural Design Engineer

1. Oversight all design, Calculation, Modeling and Detailing works for LGS department. 

2. Effective monitoring of time taken to complete design drawings and shop drawings of a single project Checking Drawings for mistakes to reduce revisions. 

3. Reduce time requirements through lighter deadlines on the drawings. 

4. Value Engineering & Design Validations with code compliance. 

5. Make design recommendations for product solutions. 

6. Preparing and Checking Calculation Reports 

7. Task Distribution, Scheduling and Monitoring, Managing & Train Team Members, Providing Technical Advice, Coordinating for design deliverables. 

8. Ensures quality drawing with followed QC protocols.  

9. Finalizing concept design, connection details at initial stage of Project 

1. Must have great knowledge in ASTM A653, AISI S100-16 LRFD Codes, ASCE 7-16 Codes, IBC Codes, IRC Codes etc.  

2. Excellent Familiarity in software like FrameCAD Structure, FrameCAD Detailer, Autodesk Revit, FrameCAD Revlink Integration, SAP2000, ETABS, Tekla Structures etc.   

3. Have enough experience in Light Gauge Steel Construction along with Offsite and On-site assembly. 

4. Good knowledge of Steel Design code requirements and specifications.  

5. Familiar with F325iT and F450iT Frame CAD Machine Setups.
