Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with strong integration skills to join our team. This role will be responsible for configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules as well as designing and maintaining integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HR processes and Workday’s integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, etc.) and will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday HCM modules across multiple regions, including India, USA, and UAE countries.

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with strong integration skills to join our team. This role will be responsible for configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules as well as designing and maintaining integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of HR processes and Workday’s integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, etc.) and will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Workday HCM modules across multiple regions, including India, USA, and UAE countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain various Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking).
- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday tools.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues.
- Ensure data integrity and security across integrated systems.
- Support Workday updates, releases, and enhancement projects.
- Maintain technical documentation related to configuration and integrations.
- Train HR teams on Workday functionality and integration touchpoints.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining Workday integrations.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST APIs, and Workday's web service framework.
- Familiarity with Workday's security, data sources, and business process framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
