Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) Functional Consultant with deep domain knowledge in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in discrete and process manufacturing, strong integration skills across SAP modules, and experience in both project implementation and support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business processes and requirements to deliver effective SAP PP solutions.
• Design, customize, configure, and test functionalities within the SAP PP module.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
• Support end-to-end production processes, including:

              - Demand Management
              - MRP / MRP Live
              - Production Planning & Scheduling
              - Capacity Planning
              - Cost Management
              - Production Execution
              - Pegging
              - Goods Issue/Receipt and Backflushing

• Create and maintain Master Data:

              - Bill of Materials (BOM)
              - Work Centers
              - Routings
              - Production Versions

• Handle Planned Independent Requirements, Planned Orders, and Production Orders.
• Interface with third-party manufacturing systems (bonus).
• Provide functional specifications for technical developments.
• Perform testing in development, QA, and production environments (SAP GUI & Fiori).
• Provide user training, support, and create/maintain user documentation.
• Identify and resolve issues, proactively propose enhancements, and manage change requests and incidents.

Integration Knowledge Required:

• PP-FICO
• PP-PS
• PP-MM
• PP-SD

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP module and domain expertise in production planning.
• Experience in both Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, material ledgers, and cost management.
• Experience with Min-Max stock levels and raw material movement.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end production processes in manufacturing environments.
• Functional consulting experience including full lifecycle implementations and support projects.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to maintain updated manuals and project documents.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Familiarity with SAP incident and change request tools.
• Understanding of accounting-related business processes.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
