Role:-

Preferrable candidate: SAP knowledge, Precast structure experience & worked in US projects will be a plus.

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, CCQS and other stakeholders to create and manage project timelines.

Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements.

Ensure that labor, equipment, and materials are available as needed for various project phases.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Analyze the impact of potential issues on project schedules and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Monitor and report on the progress of construction projects.

  Track milestones, critical path activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Collaborate with the cost control team to align project schedules with budgetary constraints.

Provide input into budget preparation and cost forecasting.

Ensure project stakeholders have access to relevant information.

Communicate project progress and potential delays to stakeholders and project management.

Co-ordinate with Procurement team to get the vendor on board as per the Construction schedule.

Implement best practices for planning and scheduling.

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

4 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and project management.

Immediate or within 15 days joining preferrable.
